Front ZS headrests, don't fit the rear, you need rear ones or ZR ones fit.

Rear headrest were an option and standard on mk2 Alcantara or, as already said, ZR front's fit.

I made front ones fit the back. Basically you have to remove everything from the rear seats down to the metal back and then widen the holes where the posts go in. Then reassemble, put in the plastic post holders and fit the headrest. The most time consuming part is taking everything apart and putting it all back together.
