ZS coupe?

Just looking around the internet seeing people doing a ZS/45 tourer based off a Civic Aerodeck and it got me thinking, does anybody know of a ZS coupe based off the Honda Civic coupe of the same era. would it be possible to do and how much work would be involved. any chance of somebody being able to do a photoshop mock up of this?
