At 75k the original ones are completely shot, the 32k mk2 I recently sold was as tight as the day it was made.

Are Delphi good? What noticable difference would there be between standard and Delphi ones? Are there springs choices available too or just standard ones get put on?

The original supplier to MGR was Delphi, they're just standard shocks.
