Im here ..........dont panic!! :D

Its a real pain to do tbh.
You need to remove the front bumper and crash bar to remove headlights.

When lights removed you need to prise the plastic clips back a little around the back of the light. (careful as these are real brittle)
Now, I ended up putting the headlights in the oven on low heat to make the sealant (bubblegum :)) that bonds the lens on go soft. Its stuck on real well !!!

When the lens is off, there is a orange bit inside that you throw away. But you also have to paint the inside because it is a chrome orange colour. (where the R45 is just chrome inside)
I used silver wheel paint.

Then warm the light unit up again so the existing sealant, thats still stuck in the light unit goes soft. refit the light lens back on, making sure the clip refit (as best as they can). Use a bit of clear silicone around the lens to guarantee a good seal.
Think that it..

Also need some chrome indicator bulbs to finish it off

You cannot really **** it up, but the back of the unit (where the clips are) did look a bit of a mess when i put it back together. But the bumper covers all of this.
Just take your time with it. Took me a good 2 hours just to strip the lights and paint them.

I would have done a how to, but i needed the car the next day :)
