For sale is my ZS180. It's a black MK2 saloon on a 54 plate, registered January 2005 and currently has 84,800 miles. Has twin Xpower exhausts plus sports cat', inner wing induction kit plus breather filter and 18" Konig alloys.

2 new front tyres about a month ago and in the last year I have replaced all 4 brake discs and pads, cv boots, exhaust center section, clutch hydraulics, fog lamps due to looking hazed and badges plus I have undersealed it.

Car has a part service history but many many receipts beyond that for replacement parts, oil changes and so forth (I do a lot of the work myself and what i'm not capable of goes to a trusted friends garage hence the incomplete service history)

The car is on it's 3rd owner from new, the 1st being a dealership for pre-registration so in effect a 2 owner car. I have owned it since June 2007 and I put on an average 6000 miles per year. However in the last 2 years I have only done around 4000 miles per year.

The car sailed through it's MOT last month and is taxed until the end of June. Interior is in excellent condition with the half leather seats having no bolster wear. No internal mods or nasty painted dashboard parts. All what I have changed is the head unit for an Alpine unit as it has the option to change the display to orange to match the rest of the dashboard plus it has USB connection and Ipod full control with the cables for both neatly tucked in the glove box.

Bodywork is overall good but as can be expected for a car over 9 years old it has stone chips on the front and a couple of other minor imperfections. With the exception of the wheels it is externally standard. The wheels have been powder coated in anthracite and look very smart overall but 2 have a bit of kerbing, not very bad though. It also has the rare option of the large wing plus lip spoiler.

Overall a very nice car that has served me well.
I'm looking for £1750 ovno. ABSOLUTELY NO SWAPS OR PX as I have a replacement car waiting. Thanks. :-)

Hope it's not too long then!

Has the right side of the rear bumper been resprayed?

Not to my knowledge, certainly not in the time i've owned it anyway plus if i'm honest i'm struggling to see what you seemed to have?

The gap in the body kit is my guess?

Great looking car this, much better than your old one Matt.

Confirmation of belts being done might help you get close to the price?

Price is cheap enough.

May I politely ask for comments from those only interested in actually buying it? :-)

I am interested in buying, hence my question.

It's not been done and it's not due and that's why it's a low price. Autocar has some MK1's going for about what I'm asking. If I was to get it done then the price will be adjusted to reflect it which I think is only fair! Car has a full folder of receipts etc so it truly can prove it's background and has been enthusiast owned from day 1 ! But as with any car for sale, an offer can be made within reason! ;-)

I've been here for as long as you Mat so am well aware of how well you looked after it otherwise I wouldn't have any interest with belts not being done but with them being due after 6 years they would be overdue.

As with any car, I have a positive/negative list and want to achieve as good a balance as possible so a couple of other questions if you can spare the time?

Does the boot leak? (mine does through the lip spoiler)
Is the entire exhaust stainless steel?
Is there rear electric windows?
Any sign of the rest calipers binding?
Does the spoiler fill with water?
Air con need regassed?
Did you replace the clutch with standard or sheddist kit?
Any bumper sag?
Any vis/plenum issues?

No leaks in the boot, solid as can be. Rear is stainless, i replaced the centre last year as the original stainless mid piece gave way and i needed a part quick and our local stockist had one on the shelf. Not electrics in the rear unfortunately. No caliper binding and no water filling in the spoiler. Air con was re-gassed last summer, clutch replaced with original spec from Rimmar Bros, tried getting hold of Sheddists version but he never responded after months of asking and then the master failed on me in a busy town centre so i had to get what was available as would any reasonable person! Rear bumper seems to have a sag on the drivers side, not very bad though and the VIS and plenum are all spot of with a nice noticeable kick in the revs. Drives very smooth, idles perfect and has regular coolant changes. Any test drive will be most welcome.

Apart from swapping over my mods like tablet console, HID's, rear electric windows (may sell them), TF wheel and vents!

I'm liking the thought that I can do the fun stuff first rather than worry about keeping it running which has been the last year of the current one!

Avatar updated though :)

I'm just glad it's going to a new home where someone will look after it and appreciate it for what it is. I will truly miss that car. I've had it 7 years nearly and there's always a reason people keep cars for a long time, I don't believe in replacing something just because it may not be the latest or it's a a few years old! Reliability has always been a key factor to me and what can be better than just having to replace consumables on a car you own? Perfect! If my replacement is even half as reliable as the Zed has been then i'm going to be very happy!

Think I'll keep my LSD gearbox handy though. Not swapping something that already works! Same goes for my sheddist kit. If it ain't broke and all that! Will need to fit my vis indicators though!
