So far i've cleaned the ****** up and fitted a new slave and new rear discs.
I have also a nearly new STD cat centre pipe...but.... on a close look under..mine has a de-cat fitted...hmmm...hadn't noticed that...just call me Magoo!
Do they make a big difference?
Passed its emissions at 0.5%
But on its MOT today...it failed...booo....but only on 2 rubber boots being split...hurrah!
I had a good look under and the exhaust manifold is not looking too good...is this an absolute bitch to replace...cos it looks it...
Thinking of getting a good used manifold and fitting it later this year (warmer weather...wus)

Somebody talked about a manifold change recently and its doable but tight as! Knuckles will be scraped! Myself, Grimmy and Marcus (Buckydevil) did this during the track car engine swap and it was fun aligning it all!

Not impossible as we are not trained mechanics!

Glad you're loving the car too!

Manifold or just the flexi ... ? Be surprised if you have to change the manifold for anything other than fitting a Janspeed or similar to improve performance....

I'm with Dan on this, I've not heard of a KV6 manifold fail.
