Just managed 49 mpg after a 495 mile run! Refilled the tank and squeezed in 10.1 gallons. Not bad for a car now on 105k, not serviced for 30k miles and with a small oil and coolant leak. A mix of motorway, A roads and London traffic. Do these engines get more economical over time?! That means I was getting well over 50 mpg at times. Mega chuffed with that :D

Tis very good - I once managed a 400 mile trip at 40 mpg but that was at night on motorway driving purely for optimum fuel consumption.

KV6 eats miles well on the motorway, my old hatch did Barnsley to Cornwall on 3/4 of a tank
