Will this bearing be ok for the rear drivers side of my zs?

If you have discs on the back then yes, if you have drums, it's a no.

I thought all zs had disc breaks all round I have not come across one with drums???

Yes the 1.6 for sure, and maybe some of the diesels, not 100% on that though.

We'll the part is on order more of a prevention than a need but big blue must be tip top ;)

How important are the two little screws that hold the rear discs to the bearing hub?
Having swapped mine today I found both screws were snapped and not replaced when who ever last did the brakes broke them :(

Not hugely, the wheel nuts will keep the disc located.

Their main purpose is to locate the disc durring assembly, as long as it is "square" on the hub it is ok, having the stumps of the screws help with this anyway.
