Logo Help Please

Right i`m utterly guff at computer stuff and I need help. It`s probably really easy but i`ll be fecked if I can manage it. I`ve just ordered a banner and I can`t find our artwork for it.

Basically we have a logo:

But when I blow it up it distorts. Infact it`s distorted already!

Can anyone either amend or remake the logo for me, big and clear for printing proof purposes. And the banner I am looking to create is simply our logo on the left and our phone number to the right of it. 01324 555333. The banner is 6ftx2ft for proportion purposes.

I`m useles at this type of thing!
