Anyone got a second hand decat pipe for sale?

Like the idea of a decat pipe but don't like the price quotes from various sources.

Anyone goat 2nd hand one in serviceable condition they want to sell me?

Also - having read the various threads that confirm as long as the pre-cat is in place the mot will be passed, is there a source I can go to for a mil eliminator kit?
