Signed. About time this was brought to the government as its been going on for years. Goodwood being an example where new homeowners move into the area and try to kerb the use of the circuit. It was there long before you were around!

Surely any savvy homebuyer surveys the area before putting in an offer? Anyway the local searches carried out will be in detail and have the information of racetrack plainly in the document!

Bit like those that move in to the area near Hurn, Bournemouth Airport, then complain about night flying.

Think they have now restricted the hours that the planes can take off!!!

They did the same around Heathrow Peter, it makes you think that they bought a house on the door step of one of the worlds busiest airports and failed to notice it !, most of them were after a grant for double, or triple glazing, and sound insulation in the loft.

reminds me of a DFL (down from London) that had the church clock tower shut off in a village round here, only to be effectively run out of town by the locals when they found out why the church clock had been stopped!
