Went from Kent to Parr in Cornwall for my last ZS, went to Liverpool for the one I have now. A few weeks back I even drove from Kent to Wrexham in Wales for the gearbox!

Horsham to Gloucester to MGJohn (.org) to deliver my BRG MG Montego, we walked about half a mile and collected my MG Maestro that is now T16'ed.

Horsham to Nottingham (£12 for train to Victoria and £5 coach to Nottingham) to pick up my day 1 MG Maestro 1600 for £230 that I then sold to a chap from Chesterfield for £350.

Also my current zed was Penzance to Essex and back, I never buy cars in Cornwall cause they are always overpriced.

Flew to Newcastle for my blue diesel - train to York for my silver 180 - train to Portsmouth for Red.

Part of the thrill of buying for me is the travelling then the run back finding out about it.

Agree with that, when I bought my green one, I wondered why it had so many owners!

Yikes, I don't think that will be topped! I'd love a V8 if it weren't for the tax.

First Zed, I walked down to the MGR dealer as it was located 200 metres from my front door at the time :)

For the second, a flight to Newcastle and a 556 mile drive home to Paris. Both cars are with me now in Ireland so they're pretty well travelled. Naturally, most of my friends think I'm mad :)
