Andy I have just taken a saloon box off my hatch 120 (Long storey) it's about 3" diameter at the end. Not sure if it's what your after I will take a pic later see what you think!

It's a 2 bolt flange????

thanks bud,but thats off a mk1 i need one for a mk2 as there longer,i think im sorted for one anyway.
