I see this car has made a reappearance on fb, it was in a Copart auction the last time I saw it, and that was quite a while ago, but it's now going to be fixed and returned to the road.

love this car. i remember when i came up on piston heads. really wanted it but it was too rich for me.

There is a guy on Facebook called scott and he has bought the whole car to save it ... welovemgf 's were stripping it but not any more, this is only 5 minutes from my house aswell wish i had the spare cash might of been tempted myself.

I wonder if it was them who had it off Copart, the original wheels off the Green one are now on the Black one with the Green highlights that featured on here a while back.

I'm glad it's being saved whole anyway.

Also saw it on FB. I didn't see any pics of the damage, but it sounded trivial from the descriptions. Glad it's being saved. EPIC colour, just what I need for Paddy's Day on Tuesday :D
