Not sure on some of the individual aspects of this one, but up with an immobiliser issue to break !

That would be a good buy, flog the plate, £25 worth of relays for the bcu, or a second hand ecu,bcu, and fobs and it's back on the road.

Non starting and no locking are different issues, I wonder if it is a faulty fob.

Swirl flaps? Immobilizer would be my guess, possibly fob related but would that show as a code? Bargain for someone for certain.

Swirl flaps - VIS rattle.

An immoboliser fault wouldn't prevent the doors locking.

See above most relays prob gone! Had this myself, on previous MK2 ZR!

The advert says that the immboliser issue is CAUSING the locking issue which most of us know isn't possible.
