As above, it's normally the crappy oe nuts that cause problems.

Careful if you're buying wheel nuts that they're low profile. The OE ones seem to be. I bought some new mcgard lock nuts recently ( as one mysteriously disappeared :whistle: ). They're not low profile and I think they look naf protruding on the standard alloys.

Even cheaper, only needed 3 after my cross threaded studs episode.

I have these on my 3 currently and every one iv previously had. they are solid nuts and look great, Same size as originals. You wont look back!!!

those are 60 degree tapered nuts, shouldnt ours be radius nuts?
