Adam Baxter had an accident on the 16th of June 2015 and his 180 left the M180 and hit a tree.

Unfortunately the collision took Adams life, at the too young a age of 26.

Loz, Mrmick, Gott and myself, attended his funeral as a mark of respect and to represent our Forum. The funeral was well attended by his friends and there was a large number of ZS's, that followed the hearse and the family cars.

Hope that the support helped his family, in a small way, for the loss of a son and a brother.

Our 4 MGZS.co.uk cars, 3 ZS's and Gott's Sunspot ZR.

There was a request from the family to wear bright clothing, No Black. The service was so well attended we had to stand outside and listen via speakers. Such a sad day.

As Gott said, which was echoed by so many, he would help anyone, from pulling mates cars out of ditches in the middle of the night, to changing a sump.

As they say the good ones always go first. RIP Adam.

My two pictures from the day...

Convoy with the hearse, almost 20 MG's and a mixture of performance cars behind us.

Then parking up at the crematorium.

That's what came across at the funeral, genuine guy that would help anyone.

Such a shame, after driving along the M180 can see how it could have happened. Plenty of bends and the fields were low lying, crash barriers in some places but plenty of areas where there were none at all.
