i have one of these.
are you sure you need a motor tho and you haven't got BCU issues?

I'm unsure I left it into a garage for the service and MOT and he said it's more than likely the regulator but if it comes with the motor get both.

Also I could hear a strange clicking sound in the dash when I tried to put the window down. Car was sat since Christmas. Worked then but now when she was resuscitated it's gone.

The clicking behind the dash is probably the relay working in the BCU - which could be a good sign.

The BCU does not come with the motor. BCU is the secondary control unit, located behind (or underneath? the radio). It controls a lot of the electrical circuits such as horn, fogs, immobiliser...
