Welcome home .... :beer2:
Thanks Dan to be honest I never really went away I was always hovering about but today I thought I better share the news that after two and a half years my old zs is m.o.t tested and nearly ready for the road .took it down to be tested and the handbrake wasnt working and rear brakes binding and a c.v clip missing apart. from that it sailed through. so half an hour with a tin of w.d 40 and a hammer rear brakes working and cable tie later car passed. Very happy bunny indeed.

T.b.f they have been in a garage for 2.5 years lol. It's still needing some work as the diff bearings are shot and I'm on the lookout for a spare gearbox locally so I can get it all sorted out but really not much else needing done.
Love that you're back. Be good to see the car running and maybe get a dash in it!
Anyone know of a 180 gearbox for sale b.t.w. preferably in the central belt in scotland.
