Top Gear 2008

Some members may have seen the trailer for the new series of Top Gear, and that it starts on Sunday 22nd at 8pm, but all of you will not guess that myself and Stamford (Mick) where at Dunsfold Aerodrome today for the first episode, despite the little clues under our avatars!

It was a fantastic day out, and generally a fun packed day, even had a few pics taken with Jezza and the Hamster!!!

Thanks to Mick and his wife Kathy (I do hope you enjoyed yourselves)

Due to the production asking that no cameras/Mobile Phones/Camcorders were allowed, these are the only pics that I could get.

Nice one, looks like you had a good day ! I was lucky enough to appear on series one, the episode with Tara Palmer Tomppkinson. Back then getting tickets was a doddle, you phoned up, they asked how many tickets you wanted and that was it - they sent them out ! The only tiring thing was having to laugh 7 times at the same joke when Take-1 wasn't good enough !

I to looked in to tickets for TG about a year ago and at that time there was a 3 year wait!!! :blink:

My daughter (who was at her boyfriends place) texted me to say she saw me :D My brother-in-law also rang to say he saw me.

However Kathy at 5'1" didn't get much more than the top of her head :whistle: she was a tad bit jealous.
