100cc Quad bike

i am selling my quad bike as i dont use it anymore, its been sat in my shed for the last year and i though i would get it started and give it a run, could do with some TLC to the paintwork and a new battery, this is not road legal

100cc fully automatic
electric/kick start
renthal handle bars
front and rear lights
winch
resprayed R1 blue with fluorecent yellow wheels
turf tamer rear tyres
full working order apart from the battery but it will start from the kickstart

Just a random question. Do you need a bike licence or a car licence to ride a Quad bike on the road??

car licence, as its classed as a PLG, and you they have to be MOT'd like you do a car at a car MOT station

road legal tyres, mirrors, indicators and a speedo from what i can remember, as it has high/low beam and stop tail light,
