Headrests....I want to fit some but........

I am going to attempt to fit rear headrests but it would help if i could get some of the plastic inserts / eutchons and headrests themselves. Any ideas anyone? I have got the yellow / black matrix seat pattern

I got full leather headrests and the escutcheons, out of a honda civic at the scrappies. Cost me £5
