had an email today saying about a postal i had made last week was not delivered wth a tracking number click on it and opened up a virus so beware!!! just delete if u get one, avg picked it up

yup, business manager at my work got that aswell and put a virus on her pc

I've had about 10 of these over the last couple of weeks

Simple thing is... if it looks suspicious then delete it. if it's important they'll get back to you, or go directly to the website (NEVER click on URLs in an e-mail).
