Great result for the girls in the swimming I agree. Time for the fella's to step up a bit though. Andy M was a real let-down today.

What a performance! She wiped the floor with the rest of the field, not only did she break the world record set in 1989, she also won by 6 seconds over the one in the silver position.

Outstanding! British and her second gold!

They ought to, so many heroes in this games, better than I expected. Just waiting on Ben Ainslie to do his bit, I feel sorry for the sailing competitors as there has been no wind at all where they are competing.
