came in for a service today. Looking somewhat dirtier (if that's possible) and care worn than when I owned it.

As can be seen, the heatshield for the air filter (not fitted by me!) has broken. The boot interior lamp was also missing. The top of the front seats are worn through, and the MG badges that I had on them have gone.

A reminder of what it was like before I sold it...

What a shame, it's a lovely looking car. I was thinking silver wing mirror casings would look good on my car

its a shame when people dont look after such cracking cars - and that 120 is certainly a rare one

Is that a standard trophy yellow or one of the other 'yellows'? Hard to tell from the photos...

The badges on the seats are (were) definitely a nice touch.

look up the MID (http://www.askmid.com/)(Motor Insurance Database) and also check the DVLA on-line (http://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/EvlPortalApp/application;JSESSIONID_EvlPortalApp=LKnZ9JgD1WH3p6 jnzR3bQXbCyPM8D8mlhQQrkgTjkWlkGYh1x0w4!-1173103056!1438240628?origin=vnav_bar.jsp&event=bea.portal.framework.internal.refresh&pageid=Vehicle+Enquiry)

The saloon looks quite funky yellow!

It is Trophy Yellow with the full ZS180 body kit, including badging. It has now done 44,000, which is a reasonable mileage for the year. However, it looks more like its done 144,000 miles.

Here's another photo of it, in daylight this time.

The wheels are scuffed to hell, as well.

Actually, the guy is not that bad. He also owns a Toyota Hilux (in the workshop at the moment) and a Cobra.

Sounds like the ZS is just a cheap tool, whereas the HiLux is a work thing and the Cobra, :hmmm: I have a soft spot for them, but I like my licence more ;)

I think that's OK - they are all owned by your folks.

There's a disclaimer on the site to say that you have to own the car that you are looking up the details for.
