Wheels were done in Anthracite powder coat with special metal fleck lacquer by Laptab Birmingham.

Longish story Tom, his mate knew the receptionist there so they were getting them done for £200 all in (tyres off, refurbed, tyres back on and balanced) but she's left now so it'd be around £325 for the anthracite/lacquer finish. I'm gutted cos I was gonna have mine done white which was only gonna be £150 but she left before I had the money to get them done :thumbsdown:

Thats an absolute bargain!

White wheels would look superb with the blue too. My old/first car was a rally homologation Suzuki and had white wheels as standard, I loved em but eventually swapped them for some bigger bronze ones for a change. White really does look the part when clean though :)

I went through a [short] phase before I got the Zed of considering a 170, but in the end they look like a standard focus, have no turbo/are only 2 litres and 4 cylinders, aint as quick as a ZS180, and dont handle any where near as well. The Zed is a much more attractive car, especially with the 180 kit!

He needs a 180 I say, if he wants to upgrade ;)

yeah I know, trying to talk him out of it but he's a ford nut at heart and is totally paranoid about hgf in his 120 (he's had 2 k-series go on him before) and though he loves it i think the call of the blue oval is pulling him back....
