Had my cambelts and a major service done at weekend So i have built myself with a mates help choosing pipes a temp induction kit using my old K&N 57i cone untill i can afford a proper one also a pic of the rear headrests i fitted last week

Yeh it deffo does m8 wont be getting an enclosed one it sounds like a proper V6 now with the piper exhaust aswell

You lose a considerable amount of power having it like that mate. There is going to be a lot of heat soak from the rad straight into your induction.
Get the enclosed when you can afford it, the performance alone is worth it, and it's audible at the right revs ;)

i agree i had mine there and now its in the inner wing performance gain is very noticeable
i will doing the open cone in to the inner wing eventually i gave it a good rag round today and suffered no heat soak at all its sat very low you can't see that in the pic

Nice touch with the rear headrests Alan.
Well had my first trackday experience today at Oulton Park and what a day really enjoyed it and car suffered no heat soak at all and sounded bloody awesome when i wound it up lol

Looking good.
Track days are fun.
You may not suffer as much heat soak as the cone is low down.
I had a piper and it was bloody awful..
Headrests look good too
