I did mine silver today too!! Well, sprayed yesterday, laquered today... just waiting for it to dry :D

lol, i thought that...and also thought it didnt look right...might be better in the flesh but i prefered the red...

...and there's one on there at the minute. Was looking for a few bits & pieces (pollen filter & ITG / BMC) earlier and saw it.

its bright silver in the flesh. the red one was a bit much but the main reason i changed it was id didnt quite match the car. as could tell this i wasnt 100% happy

What kind of paint do you use, I have got some normal car body paint, but not sure if I neeed to use any special paint that can with stand high temp's as its in the engine bay??

I painted a throttle body cover before with normal car spray paint and it was fine.

the kv6 cover doesnt get hot. the zt ones are slightly different to look at. let me know if the zt one fits mate
