I got some from the local unipart was about £16 of 5 litres

dont forget its a 50/50 mix. So you will infact need about 2-2.5l of actual antifreeze long as its not premixed.

yer the unipart stuff needs mixing so prob a bit cheaper in the long run

will probually go for the halfords stuff, seen 5/40 fully synthetic oil in there aswell so will probually use that for the oil change

5/40 aint the right stuff for the z think its 10/40

I've been using halfords 10/40 semi and its been fine...
Be very careful with the coolant change, in fact this is the only part I would leave to a garage that can vac fill it, this will avoid any airlocks. People on here have done it themselves but I have heard more horror stories than successful ones....

I flushed it out at the weekend and was tricky to get rid of any air locks tried alsorts ended up going for a spin untill the heaters started blowin in hot air and was fine. Just have to pour it in very slowly.
