I've had a couple of bids on this! I can see it going for silly money as it's £56 now with over 2 days to go!
Just how much do I want it!!!

£56 :yikes: that's a silly price, I'd like one but not at those prices, I would prefer to buy an after market one if it was those price levels.

Secret with eBay guys is - Never bid early! It just shows intrest in the said item and people WILL start bidding against you. Leave it as late as possible (about 3-5 seconds before the end) and whack on your absolute max. That way you have paid only what you really have 'set aside' for it. Sooo easy to say... Maybe another £ will get it. Awww... maybe another £1, and so on. Before you know it you are £10 over the odds and still may not have got it.

a re-trim of a steering shouldnt cost much tbh

Thats exactly my take on it too.
I dont see any point in doing anything other than sniping. Youre just driving the price up if you bid early on!
I think I paid £50 for my silver TF wheel with adapter, which IMO is a fair price. Defo wouldnt pay £200 for one though! :ike:

Surly the standard ones could be retrimed then passed on at these sill prices pay for you to retrim a second and keep it for yourself. Might look in to that.
.........Does anyone have a standard steering wheel going cheap lol :mml:

my trick with ebayis similar to phate's. never bid a round number - thats what everyone does. if you got 20 quid to spend then bid 20.04 as your max bid. then if someone puts 20 quid in at the end u still win.
