Well going to heathrow today, to pick up the wife and her sister from their jaunt over to New York and had a incident.

Going about 60/70 in middle lane, and a lorry van flies past in outside lane, as he got about a half a car length in front, and a piece of plasterboard flew off his van.

Hit my bonnet and wing, and wing mirror, rear passenger door, and rear quarter. The rear quarter and door might t cut out, but not sure what to do about the rest, pics actually make it look better, dont understand that though

Any suggestions

That sucks Steve, don't suppose you got his plate? That's an offence what he did. Is it superficial or mildly dented? I would suggest an expert detailer works on that.

No he didnt stop, and I didnt get chance to get his reg plate as I was too busy trying to keep the car on the road, as being whacked.

Anyone know anyone good? Dont think that its dented as such but not sure paint can be restored if you get me!

as a victim of that sort of thing (although not to that extent- all i need is a splitter!) I feel sorry for you. Not easy at the time to get the reg as other things are flying through your head...

you should be able to get an accident repair centre to fix that up, might be worth replacing that mirror cover with one from a scrappy as it will be cheaper than restoring it. perhaps getting a wing might be cheaper too and just having the door and rear quarter being redone.

hope it works out, i can't recommend any shops as i haven't had ot use one yet TOUCH WOOD

I will see if I can sort it out when I see you next mate. Get Dent Doctors out to sort out any dents.........and I will see if I can get The Express Valeter to give me some advice on sorting it out for ya ;) I have got some T Cut as well as colour restorer and polish.......oh and some wax too from the Autoglym range.
