Went to see my porly daughter today, on the way on my own private dual carriageway some mongol in a flash audi came nailing off a roundabout in front of me and refused to move over in his spanking twin piped audi turbo thingy, despite me being all over him like a rash, into the 3 figures. I was easing off, he then tried to kill everyone at the next roundabout so i backed off. point proven. love the zs lol.
ps i dont condone racing, i was purely trying to get by, :angel:

Audi's are definately driven mostly by nobs these days.

dont worry. i know the feeling. me and a mate went for it earlier, his golf gti 150bhp wasnt a match for my 180.....again it was on that private dual carageway off a roundabout ;)

my brother has the 150bhp golf gti turbo also. quick but not zs quick

dont worry. i know the feeling. me and a mate went for it earlier, his golf gti 150bhp wasnt a match for my 180.....again it was on that private dual carageway off a roundabout ;)

Dude...its 150bhp and weighs more than the ZS...what did you expect? :p

nice car tho and show room condition well it was till it got a car park bump on fri she had only had it a week

Dude...its 150bhp and weighs more than the ZS...what did you expect? :p

it gave my 180 a pretty decent run. only 1/2 second or so behind the zs 0-60

edit. just checked fast hatchbacks. they are roughly the same weight both around 1250kg. the golf has a book time of 7.8 to 60. the zs is 7.3

yeah, my brothers has been tweaked and is much faster to 60 than the book , in fact my friend has a stock 150hp 1.8 turbo and its quicker than 7.8. way quicker

it cant be far off the zs. put it this way. i started off about 8 foot behind him and it took me untill 80mph untill i was in front of him. with a gap between us. his is a w reg and is completly standard

Yep the Golfs aren't slow but overall the ZS will have it :)

i was reading earlier. £2k can get them near 350 bhp!

there are some pushing 400 bhp

my mate said something about a 220 bhp chip £450 he was quoted from a vag specalist
