Now, if its exactly what it says on the tin and has lots of useful information I will host the data on one of my servers for you all to download and use to your own means/ends :)

Is it the RAVE disk (eBay is blocked)?

If so then it's most likely the 'old' one the date has to remain in 2003 IIRC.

I'd assume that there is copyright of some sort but it's all over the web in different forms already (although that doesn't make it right ;)).
