I am after an XPower gearknob for a Mark 1 in black or silver

I bought one off of eBay but it is for a ZR so does not fit unfortunately!!

So if anyone has one up for sale I am very interested :mml:

Oh Mark you didn't buy that one did you

Good luck as I would like one too but think they are becoming rare and bloody expensive!

I did make that mistake Mick!! :yikes:

the guy said it came from a ZS when I asked him, he obviously did not know what he was talking about

well gutted, as I shall keep on waiting for one, or I may opt for something like a Momo, but would really like an XPower one, so looks like there is a queue for one!! Lol, so if your daughter wants an XPower one let me know, there are some scratches on it though, so was disappointed all round,

Never mind

Is there any way you can make a screw thread to make the ZR gearknob fit?

There has got to be a way somehow I would of thought?

I am after a tap and die set to make a thread on the oe gearstick

but what is the size I need? M3x0.5, M3x0.6?

Haha, M3, thats a tiny thread, it would be more like M10 or M12!!

can you drill two small holes in the side of the gearknob and then tap them out to m3 and use two grub screws to hold it on the gearstick?

I have provisional sold the gearknob now, going to get a screw on one and make a thread on gearstick :mama:
