View Full Version : Parcel Force Delivery Muckup!
Here's the story, sold a spoiler and an exhaust to 2 different people.
One weighs 12kg and cost £20.19 to post and the other weighs 3kg and cost £13.
Not hard to tell which is which really is it.
So you can imgaine my annoyance to wake up this morning to 5 ebay messages from the buyer of the exhaust saying they have recieved the spoiler!
So i call parcelforce and they tell me this must be wrong because the postcodes are right on each parcel! Bloomin delivery guy must have stuck the wrong labels on each parcel!
So have been passed from call centre to depot for the last half hour to be finally told the guy who deals with this doesnt start until 11am.
So have just apologised to ebay member and now have to tell Jim to expect an exhaust!
What a good start to the day!
sammy you should never go with parcel force!!
andy works for their sister company interlink express and they are shoddy.
for future reference go with interlink hun, they deliver any weight of parcel and put the RIGHT address labels on!
lol, noted, its bloody annoying, makes me look well stupid. just hope they will fix the problem with no cost to me!
LOL sammy, what a ****-up by them
btw i normally use
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/UK-1-2-DAY-COURIER-PARCEL-DELIVERY-SERVICE-PPD-5-99_W0QQitemZ170137384158QQihZ007QQcategoryZ88433QQ tcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem
£6 and they use DHL ;)
thats pretty good! like i said parcelforce charged £20, so that would only be £5.99 for any weight up to 31kg. wish i had used them now :(

Look on the bright side Sammy... 2 days to the weekend. :)
Someone made a total balls of it though. :(
2 days to weekend lol, i start the dreaded back shift today (3pm-11pm) for the next 7 days (including 2 12 hours shifts, 3pm-3pm)
so will be a fun weekend :D lol
just hope that parcel force admit they were wrong and sort it themselves. just a hassle i didnt need lol
it would be no cost to you hun, its not your fault, they are commonly known for their **** ups andys always coming home with "parcel force stories"
i hope you get it sorted and next time you know not to use them.
as i work with an "adult" company, we have to use parcel force and everytime we have a delivery the box is all bashed up, i have complained numerous of times but they dont care. the staff there are so snotty.

Parcel Force have always been OK for me, but i insure everything because it's so easy for them to loose it.
They know how to add customs charges though!
well just off the phone to them, they werent very helpful and acted like it was my fault but are gonna sort it and collect them and swap them over.
thats one customer they have lost, wont be using them again.
Could always try Drop it Hold it Loose it!!!!!
sammy i told you they werent reliable, and the receptionists need a slap!
