need some help getting some old rusted bolts off my ZS, so can fit my PIPER exhaust on.

irwin bolt extractor sockets(they cut into the bolt) heat the bolts up and crack the bolts off, maybe try it after your ran the car for a while to got an extra bit of heat into it

If you have a blow torch you can try heating the nuts up with that too. Get them hot enough and the should expand enough to come off. Also getting as much rust off as you can then using WD40 can help.

I fitted my decat recently... got fed up trying to get the nuts loose so sawed em off and drilled the bolts out of the flange. Took time doing that though!

I bought one identical when attempting to fit my decat, needless to say it broke before it made a dent in the first nut!

+1 I bought one when fitting my springs a great buy will speed up any future job as well , Plenty of wd40 and heat should see them off :)

Get some heat into it, if you have no access to oxy- acetalene or similar take it to an exhaust place, get it fitted for £20ish quid
