So how many miles did they do and what condition were they in?
did mine yesterday. Had done 65k on a 53 plate. Not a mark on the belt it looked brand new but the water pump was shot and leaking coolant so that went at same time

just under 80k the car has done, the cambelt was fooked, you could see the cracks in it, the original Rover stamps on the belts where hardly noticable

Hmmm... Mine is turning up 80k. What year is yours? I need to plan a trip to Lates to get mine done. Mechanic that normally does our work says he did 1 KV6 and wouldn't do another one, and i don't trust the other 'garages' here to do it.

Mine should be OK until next year then... Mine is 04.
Mine is an 03 plate with 83k miles on... I guess I need to do the belts at some point (next service is 90k which officially is the cambelt change!)

Mine is a 53plate with 60k on the clock (or 50k after it clocked itself!) so mine will probably be due later on in the year.
