Are they acceptable ?

If not .... Why not ?
If so .... What format ? ie. White car, Blue stripes etc.

Reason I ask, is that on holiday I played a bit of Top Gear, Top trumps with my son and there was a Black Mustang in the pack with Red stripes. I've now got a bit of a Black and Red thing going on in my head and they aren't too expensive.

Like Dennis the Menace! lol Or black and xpower green.... got some small xpower decals to begin with :) Dont think there are any rules just comes down to personal taste and how its been done, Decals on otherwise standard car looks pants but the right decals on the right car can really add to it, Tricky to say untill its been done!!

If my car was xpower grey it'd be plastered in MG green stickers tbh :)

But alas...its not....IMO the stickers don't suit any other colour

Hmm .... Wasn't really thinking about the MG - X-power stuff.

I've got a hanckering for twin red stripes front to back centred, but on the lower parts of the sides, thicker stripes at the bottom, fading out/narrowing as they rise up the car ....

Ideally, my car would be white, and I'd be doing it in Black, retaining the black wheels and spoiler ....

After buying a cheap car ... my ideas are going to cost me if, and it's a huge if, I do anything.

i want a creen pin stripe down the side of my zs same colour as my grills to give it something else and a huge grren mg logo on the bonet

It got slated on Barryboys but I think the red goes ok with the black.

Now .... I really like that ... but I've got a red thing going on inside with red inserts in the seats and a red/black TF steering wheel. Green stripes on the outside .... would that be a fashion No No ?

I think the Red would've looked good had it been two stripes rather than one thick one.

Going to wash the car and put some new pics up in the photoshop area and see what can be done.....Back soon.

Well .... Without the green MG stickers, the red mirrors and the silver wheels ... that'd be it then.

XPG or Orange ...... Now .....

Centre or to the side ?
Across the top only, or the sides too, like the ST Fords ?

i think the green one will look better, and straight down the middle, just not sure about what you'd do about the spoiler, would you wrap that too?

Not the spoiler ... just the boot. I'll get some new photos of the car on tomorrow night and then try to get a few photoshops in various colours. I even quite like gold. I think IIRC the old JPS race cars were black and gold.

So, XP Green, Orange, Red, Grey, Gold and Silver.....

Then ..... What the hell ...... Have a poll on here and the winning colour can get done. :joker:

Theres a guy ive been speaking to on .org is in the process of getting a blcak zr and hes going to do orange stripes down it, Also in the local area theres a white 200 with black strips and a black tf with pink strips lol

If I were you id be different and go for spots lol

Orange would be different and like has been said the cost is minimal so why not have a bash?

I like the red on the Mustang. Not so keen on it for the ZS... ZS would have to be Xpower Green IMO.

I like that .... I'm thinking more two stripes rather than one broad one over the middle.

Orange is my own favourite so far, just unsure about it with all the red bits on the inside ....
