View Full Version : X-Power Grey MK2 ZS 40k
I've owned this for just under 4 months now, bought from the main MG Dealer for Staffordshire (Hopton Garage). Unfortunatly I have now lost my job and really cannot justify keeping the car. So will be purchasing a diesel.
The car drives like a dream as you would expect, its a 55 plate has only 40000 miles on the clock. Full service history and I am only the second owner.
Its in fantastic ocndition, it's cleaned a minimum of once a week ect ect...I'm car mad so it is more than looked after! Had brand new tires all around (not budgets) 3 months ago as well as MOT untill next may and tax untill next Feb/March. It has also just had a month ago a full stainless steel exhaust system from Powerflow which include de-cat - still have the original cat to go back on if needs be. The exhaust isnt boomy and cannot be heard from inside the car and sounds really nice if opened up.

I'm looking for £4000 as I paid £5500 5 months ago and have all receipts. All questions welcome.

Not very (i'd imagine)... The extreme spoiler is made for the saloon and this is the hatch version. It has been done though...

Takes a bit of work but Ive done it to my MK1 and im not expert, requires some reshaping on the back of the base and refiberglassing the hole, sure a bodyshop would do it no problems
Would have no idea about that mate to be honest sorry! But as said above I'm sure it can be done quite easily with the help of people off here or a bodyshop

The spoiler on this car IS the Extreme Spoiler... well for a hatch anyway ;)
Car must go monday/tuesday or she goes in for part-ex on wednesday. £3400.00 bargain price. Rather see it go to an enthusiast than a dealer as a part-ex at 3k.
Most possibly the cleanest 180 I've seen.... Fancy swapping for a mk2 derv? :unsure:

Not meaning to do my own legs, but, Will trades in his ZS to the garage, takes yours and makes the difference up to you with cash. Both happy ....
More hassle than its worth tbh mate - but let me know if your interested. As I said car is here till wednesday - then its gone so anyone can gladly snap up a bargain till then :)

Nothing that compares to the ZS bud - only changing to go to a diesal! Picking up one of two cars on Wednesday depending which one I decide I prefere...either a Mercedes C270 CDI or a Jag X-type 2.0D we shall see.
Dont want to lose the car but I'm driving to Italy in Jan/Feb and just another example of where this would kill me.

I'm taken on the merc now tbh also looked at the 220 CDI coupe look quite nice - either way will be sealed and sorted by Wednesday!
Going to miss her so much :'(

Anyway ..... Let me know what you're doing. I'm at work now, could've sorted a day off, but without contact, didn't. Also, as you're still undecided on the replacement, (Merc / Jag), I'm not really sure what the urgency is. A dealer will normally take a couple of days to prep the car, especially over Christmas.
But ..... The cash is in the bank, :shifty: , don't tell Mrs C though, she doesn't know yet !

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news at Christmas time, but she's allllllll miiiiiiiine!!!
I picked her up this morning, she is a belter.
So, I am now the proud owner of this car, which in my eyes was a bargain. Only issue is, I am knackered as I stopped up from working nights to pick her up.
