The 1.4 MGZS (http://www.sellcars.ie/car-list/MG-ZS-private-seller-dealer-Dublin-4,147416.html) was ONLY available in Southern Ireland, but a few did get registered in the UK, it was the same as the Ford Focus, that was only available as a Van (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3275/2395335967_1eb23c4b5c.jpg?v=0) in Southern Ireland, but wasnt available anywhere else.

that's a hell of a price for a 1.4!

That would get you a very very clean low miles 180

Yup, at the scene where the old chevy crashes in to parked cars, iirc it is red!

Its a late reg 55 plate so probably was destined for Ireland but got registered over here because im sure when MG-R went under all exports were stopped. I know theres a load of left hand drive MG-R's that were registered and sold over here aswell that were left over when MG-R went.

that's probably why every SVR you see for sale these days has next to no miles and is LHD

Yea probably. I was speaking to the guy i bought my ZS wheels off. He was an ex longbridge employee and he's got a LHD MK2 ZS TD with the full 180 kit and he bought that direct from the factory in 2005 when the administrators were selling everything off. He got it brand new un-registered for £4500

I dont think it would be that bad. My first car Rover 214 Sei Wedge shape was as big as a ZS and that was a 1.4. No slouch either. Only 15bhp diffrence between the 1.4 and 1.8
