Just got a nice set of chrome caps. Really add to the cars already nice looks. Think they match well with the silver ZS badging and alloys.

looks good, but i think i like the green better! think chrome looks good on ma truck but:D

Fair comments. I did intend to go for silver, but they were hard to come by. These cropped up and were a steal compared to what garages want for them!

Nope, I ordered 3 from a chap on here but none turned up so I got just the one off ebay for about a tenner!

Going to change them to black and silver or black and green metal ones.

ive got chrome covers sitting, thought it would look vxr ish, but theyre a but chipped so left it,think normal ones look good anywhoo

Silver are just as good.
My neighbour has a blue S40 R with silver mirrors so Ive copied him!

Have you got any pics mate I might take them off your hands if they just gathering dust. I want the chrome bumper inserts too if anyone seen them too

theyre all scabby lookin, theyre off a 45, get them out a scrappy off a 45

Yeah, it certainly made the car look better with the bigger mk2 alloys.

Dont go for chrome bumper strips, thats OTT! Ive seen it before and just looked tacky on a ZS.

Chrome handles look good though.

Chrome handles look good though.Got chrome handles on mine, looks dead plain when I look back at pics when it was all body colour.
Chrome bumper strips are a no no, one reason why I got the zed over the 45

Think the car would look better with a matching set of wheels! summin with a polished lip to go with the chrome mirror caps... as it is, the wheels look a bit dull compared to the mirrors now :o

Also matt, i been thinkin about the front headlamps! not too keen on the orange bits myself... might nick the ones from the 45.. unless i can think of a way to spruce up the old ones to match the black magic ones i got on the back :hmmm:

Could be down to the fact they haven't been cleaned for months! The wheels are getting done soon in either bright silver or shadow chrome.
Rover 45 headlights are something I want to do next aswell. Does make the front look fresher.
