Theres no need to get the callipers as will be the same as what you already have,

You dont calipers and the 180 is already 282mm discs, OE brake pads and discs are perfectly adiquate for road use, unless your doing track days then I would steer clear of EBC stuff, Mintex Fast Road Pads are a lot better,

As above, you don't need the calipers.

Personally I have EBC yellow stuff and groved discs and they are very good at slowing me quickly. They are definatly much better than the OE spec on my wifes ZR160.

The EBC restuff have a reputation for lots of dust and not much braking ability, my yellows are bettr than OE.

up above is a top post.

i have been saying it for years, i have had the best part of 260bhp with yellow stuff front pads and ebc disks, they are yet to let me down.

infact even with the disks glowing like a bitch, they still gave me breaking capabilites above the rest they wernt even fading...

when i got out of the car and i was told my brakes were on fire was the problem, the pads had ignited!!

Fairy Muff, I had Red Stuff EBC pads on my Focus and they ate the discs and when I did Knockhill the overheated and turned the discs blue, got massive fade too, so no EBC product will ever get put on any of my cars again, just my personal opinion.

In order to improve on the standard front brake set up on the ZS180/ZR160 you have to go for some really good parts. Personally, I'd recommend sticking with the standard brake discs/calipers, and upgrade the pads to Ferodo racing, Mintex Motorsport or Brembo.

That is unless you want the discs for show...
