Two weeks ago I got 440miles out a tank driving down the motorway. I reckon I could have got a bit more, but I don't like the petrol light coming on.

We went from Cumbria to East Sussex ( 400+ miles) on a full tank..and that was last year when the petrol was sky high :D

 I usually fill up after 260 miles at best!

She seems to be drinking a bit more freely recently, but I booked her in for a service on friday so hopefully new sparkplugs and all that shabam will help - either that or they will tell me theres a bigger problem! Or maybe Im just watching the guage too closely.

I usually average around 27-28mpg though I'd say.

On a good run I can see 500 miles, but just going round the houses I get about 420 ish!!

Diesel is the future lol...

I got about 420 once on a run to Alton towers and back with four adults in the car normally i get just over 300 to a tank for normal running about.
