I do like them but agree with Dan on the turning circle thing.

I can see that they could improve acceleration if the tyres are better or you have an overall smaller rolling circumerance. On the flipside of that you would have a lower cruising speed and worse fuel consumption.

Mate of mine at work runs an old BMW M3 and has a set of winter tyres on 16" rims and a set of summer tyres on 17" rims, I'm sure he isn't alone.

not my cup of tea im afraid but each to there own, as long as your happy with them thats all that matters. although i have to agree with dan i too cant see how they'd make that much of a difference for you to notice! sorry

I think it looks good. Reminds me of my 1st ZS, mk2 110. That had mirage alloys and 45 mudflaps and was an absolute minter. And the turning circle was much smaller than my 180. I remember how shocked I was at the 180 turning circle after driving a 110.

My other half drives the ZS quite regular and like me prefers to reverse parallel park at supermarkets, for her the better turning circle is like night and day and she said 'it's more chuckable in corners."

I think the shape suits the Mk2, good choice and a bit different.
