I've managed to convince my wife's, mate's, boyfriend .... ? .... that he needs a ZS but as he's only 19, I've been looking at 110's and 120's for him. He's now very keen with money saved to spend. The insurance on mine would kill him, and I've told him he needs to start off with a 4 cylinder first and look forward to getting a V6 otherwise he'll come in at the top of the tree. :fishing:

What insurance group is this Jay, and how much of a loading did you get with the mods .... ?

:laugh: sounds like me a few years ago. Good to start with the 110 or 120 as cheaper to run, i know if I had 200bhp at 19 I would have been in a ditch lol

At the moment Im paying £721 but could have been less but I will changing to the 180 and Sky were cheaper than others for the 180 but more than some for the 120 so it worked out cheaper to go with them. If that makes sense.
Im 23 with 3pnts 2yrs ncb and living in group B postcode.

Believe its group 11 insurance. :)

No dont think so mate too much hassle to put it back to standard. If theres no sign of it selling then I may just break alot of it, but for the mean time would prefer it went as seen.

Price dropped to £1900 this is the lowest I will accept a lot of car for the money!!

I even asked the GF if she wanted a new car that was not 'too powerful' but she declined as she could not park the thing - she has enough trouble with a 206 as it is :rofl:

maybe the mods are scaring people off - making the assumption that it will have been ragged....

the thing is.... you can get a 180 for that kind of money and i am guessing most people that are after a zs do end up getting a 180.... you are proof of that :laugh:

I think there's a market for a 120 that looks like a 180, for the younger buyers who can't afford the insurance on top to get the 180. The thing for me is just the amazing value of actual Mk2 1.6 and 1.8s. they really are great value at around £2,300 to £2,500

Well yer that what I meant ,didnt make it very clear. If it doesnt sell on ebay and ph this time I will remove the mods and sell it as std.

Just out of intrest what do people reckon I could get for the following if I was going to return it to std.

Need to see if its worth me buying all the std bits and the time to remove it all!
