I think Ritchy used a set off a Renault Avantime, and might have had to do some work on the crash bar.

luigiZS 19-04-14 11:28 AM

There is enough space it is not necessary to modify the bar
get photo later

Sounds good! I like having the jets but not the look of them!
Some great subtle work going on here!

Luigi, did you consider a UK Driver's seat ? you could have Lumber adjustment for you and the Mrs Luigi's Back ?

Wouldn't the air bags be in the wrong place then?

MG ZS STE 22-09-14 02:51 PM

Eh? It would be in the same position it was in the RHD car.

Not if the uk drivers seat is put into the LHD passengers side it would be fine.

Well done, you also passed my observation test lol

Djules 22-09-14 03:31 PM

Both my front seats are drivers version, but the missus (or any passenger) never uses the lamber or height adjustment. .. :(

Nice to know you have it though!
Love to get RHD and LHD ZT electric drivers seats and mod them to the zs!

talkingcars 22-09-14 06:10 PM

I did consider the same when there was a 45 conny in the local scrappy with the height and lumber on the passanger seat but it was crushed by the time I got back.

I then looked at transfering the parts from a spare drivers seat but it wasn't worth the effort. Rimmers did have the spares for fitting to a lefthand drive seat but again CBA.

There is the odd time where one is a passanger.

luigiZS 22-09-14 06:18 PM

I agree with matt Djules not use height adjustment and lumbar
