Probably the shorter the distance between the tow bar and the wheels of the trailer the harder it is, lucky I suppose its that way round so rou can inhitch a wee trailer push it lol

By far the easiest tow combination to reverse is a short tow vehicle and long trailer!! The other way round can be a pain to reverse :(

Try reversing a Discovery 2 and a twin axle 25' caravan...........that's fun in a tight space!

But from what I can tell i'm pretty sure I can tow what I have been towing :) being old does have some advantage!!

It is a bit, but you are right, being old helps ;)

No thanks, could be a good test for one of the meets.

Reverse the caravan between the two posts.

Like one of those autotests!!!!

Two posts would be easier than a fence and a garage brickwall! Motor mover springs to mind but price says no way!

I did until recently tow a 20ft car trailer with a LWB Pajero which is'nt to bad to maneuver but hitch up my 4X5 ft box trailer and it becomes a nightmare :( the trailer is invisible from the drivers seat until it's jack knifed :(

If you got your full car licence before 1997 you could drive up to 7500 kg train weight.

After that date you are limited to 3500kg and the trailer can be no more than 750kg max gross weight. Some large 4x4 and large caravan put you over, let alone a 4x4, car trailer and car.
