Well a wee update on ASBO
Finally got the engine out, only to discover it was near enough knackered. Get the gearbox out and found that the Rover LSD had sheared the output drive - causing the terrible noises on the last track night and not the gearbox thust bearing as was originally suspected. I finally got royally pee'd off with it and decided to break all the good bits off it and start again RIP ASBO, it's been fun while it lasted! |
come on Ross, i think it's time to spill the beans and i don't mean on the toast.:morepics:

|
lol, I think that you may have something rather more pleasing to the eye than that wee shed of an ZR you had eh Ross?

No it was the original engine he was going to get one from RSM but because ASBO was not as good as first though he has dicided to break it and build another one. Watch this space |
So what happened to the rsm engine? Is it still avaliable?
|
there is another one available, but it's still in a Tomcat Coupe
The one I had set aside is now in line for the next project. That is underway but still needs a shed load of work done before I'm going to post it up. So those who do know what I'm up to, keep it to yourselves lol |
want a 620ti ideally, Will keep an eye out for your new project! :)
