So not a great deal has been done for a while, after discovering a cam carrier oil leek after POL that has been fixed and a touch of tarting up the engine bay has occurred.
Currently not got any photos as I've not quite finished.

Anyway bought a Dark Ice engine bay kit at POL fitted it all except the coolant cap cover as they informed everyone they made a ZS bonnet stick up on the corner.
I formulated a plan so I could fit the cap cover pertinently, so after a long week at work Friday night I took a Dremal to the underside of the bonnet and made a hole in the under bracing.
The hole ended up a bit bigger than needed but it does what I wanted it to do.

MOT next month got a split CV boot and a back box with two 2p sized holes blown out the bottom to sort. Got a full CV joint kit waiting to be fitted but might let the local garage do it due to time restrictions.

Also long over due a proper clean =[

Nice fresh MOT certificate XD
Changed the Cv joint (only needed a boot but had to be taken off to place it so changed the lot) and back box before the test and it passed with no advisories!

Got some upgrades to do before next MOT now!

Good news, well done, shows proper preperation is worth it.

What upgrades do you have planned.

Cheers!

Some small things like a new rear bumper, but with a clio diffuser fitted and rust proofing.

Then some major things like hopefully dropping turbo lump in and an lsd pg1 in.

Posted a few wanted requests for xpower springs but no luck.

So the ZS 120 that was two years ago on its last legs is now a ZS '200' thanks to a heart donation from a 75 1.8t.

Had a good scrap yard stroll today and picked up some early zs door cards and kick plates for £15 I might not use the kick plates as I've got a set already but they were rover ones with the name polished off (think they appear on this thread somewhere).

Also cheers for the kind words.

I'd be tempted to put some steel wheels on that and keep it a proper sleeper - especially if you've got 200ish ponies ...
