Thanks for the advice Mick.

I can hear the relays clicking away on both VIS units when plugged into the tester, just no movement from the motors. Will do as the guy does in the video and see how I get on from there !

Had a couple of weeks away from the MG whilst I've been working on another one of my projects. Must say its refreshing to work on something different every now and again but glad to be back at it this weekend !

Dropped all of the rear running gear from the car -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pswvmzz116.jpg

I was pricing up new bushes last night as the rears are all perished and the prices for the poly bush alternatives are truly eye watering ! Think I'll poly bush the anti roll bar and link like I did at the front and use genuine MG/Rover replacement rubber bushes everywhere else. I may do the odd track day but I don't think that'll justify me buying poly.

Removed the fuel tank -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psw871wqrt.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pswk0plsvg.jpg

Nice and rusty, the underbody protection on the MK2 cars is seriously poor.

Then got to work on the rear arch. Here's a shot of the O/S before I wire brushed it -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps4cticvjq.jpg

Wire brushed back to bare metal and then Zinc Primed -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pseq47di9o.jpg

It wasn't that bad to be honest but it'll still get the same treatment as the front. I also removed the arch body kit trim as I didn't want to risk catching it with the grinder and damaging it.

Haven't touched the other side or the underneath yet but will make a start on those next weekend.

That was Saturdays progress, Ive invested in some new tools to make my life a bit easier and decided to put them to use today.

Clarke strong arm engine hoist and load leveller won on eBay -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps6sgbh2fv.jpg

And an engine stand -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8n5am0ht.jpg

Split the gearbox from the engine -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pstsqishmv.jpg

Removed the clutch, it's not too bad but will be changed for peace of mind regardless -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pspulxgnkw.jpg

And hoisted the engine up onto the stand -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psducytbs1.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psbike2ync.jpg

I've also bought an air compressor from SGS engineering whilst they're on sale -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psraya1ls7.jpg

You get a few basic air tools thrown in with it but I'm going to invest in some quality ones. I'm going to use it for spraying mostly, fancy having a go at doing my own painting on this project so will see how it goes.

Also had a play with the dead VIS motors today, opened both units up -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psy8wtljgk.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pss87uselr.jpg

Both were literally swimming in oil so I decided to strip out the internals and clean them up -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psiix1nq7b.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps5c766fvz.jpg

Also cleaned up the spindle inside both motors -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psyka1osp7.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psfob2gykk.jpg

Put them both back together again and managed to get the Power VIS working but the Balance VIS has had it. Weak motor and a dodgy micro switch i think.

Not to worry though, had some luck and stumbled across a guy who had two fully refurbished VIS units from Pete Scott around 3-4 months ago and had never fitted them I believe. Must have been amongst the last he'd done, safe to say I bought those -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pspk7aipop.jpg

The guy who I bought the VIS tester off also refurbs them so I'll get my others done and keep them as spares for the future.

Finally, I popped down to my local breakers yard and stripped a complete OEM reverse sensor kit from a Rover 45 -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psli7pcrw9.jpg

Will be a nice Edition to the ZS.

Jay.

peterzs 05-02-17 08:52 PM

reversing kits are useful, my one just emits a buzz when I go into reverse. Think the frost and rain buggers them up.

Did the same last year and I bought some s/h sensors as I thought one of them must have gone. Never got round to fitting them and they must have dried out, as they started working properly when it warmed up.

So here is hoping!!

:):):)

pb25 06-02-17 11:37 AM

With my daily being a six speed, the reversing sensor beep on the ZS is a god send as it remonds me the zed is only a 5 speed! Saved the gearbox several times!

Big-Jay 13-02-17 01:10 PM

Not much progress made this weekend as it took me two days to strip down the rear running gear. Almost all of the bolts where rusted solid in place and many of the heads sheared off upon trying to undo them. I did try the blowtorch and mole grip approach to no avail so ended up welding thicker bolts to what was left of the threads and got them out that way.

Absolute nightmare as doing it that ways extremely time consuming.

Anyway, here's all the bits I've taken down to the powder coaters today -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdroqaajm.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psn4moprou.jpg

There's still the fuel tank, tank straps, rear calipers, gear linkages and some more exhaust shields to be done but they'll go down next week as I'm giving the tank plenty of time to air out before it's blasted and coated.

Another payday and more bits bought, put an order into DMGRS last week for all of the bits I need to sort the engine out, they arrived on Friday, along with the traditional chewy sweet -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psptcp75x0.jpg

I also ordered a stainless Janspeed Sports Cat from DCPerformance, it quotes on the website a 3-4 week lead time but it arrived after just a week and a half so I was well impressed by that ! Here it is -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pshuvfzd5j.jpg

System's starting to come together -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psbzfo33qg.jpg

Digging those manifolds out reminded me that I've still got to get a new lambda sensor boss welded onto the down pipe and then have it polished up.

Not too sure what cat back system I want yet, there's not too much readily available off the shelf for a 180, and of what there is I don't really fancy a Piper system. By chance I managed to speak to Kevin (aka KevG on here) over on Facebook last night and finally found out what cat back exhaust system my old XPG Saloon has.

Been bugging me for ages as I'd really like to have something similar on my current ZS when the time comes for it, the noise's that system made where something else !

Turns out it's a bespoke system, had an inkling it might be as when I had it off before I couldn't see any brand markings on it, and was made by Meerkat Exhausts up in Kilbirnie. Will give them a phone call over the next few weeks and see if I can't get one made up and sent down to me. Not too sure if that'll work though as they made need the car, but If that fails Kev gave me some details on the system so will look into having something made up locally. Pretty sure there's a Power-flow outlet in Redditch so may go there.

Finally, bought some stainless ZS kickplates which arrived today -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psztwb4mju.jpg

Got a few other bits I'm waiting on, but will put some pictures up of those the weekend.

Jay.

Any decent bespoke exhaust manufacturer worth their salt should be able to a system to suit your requirements.

Used to have that problem sometimes with my XPG ZS. Sensors would play up after washing it but were fine if left to dry out for a couple of hours. I ended up taking them all out and sprayed Dynax clear wax over the joint which sorted that issue out a treat.

That's good to know. I'll be looking into this over the next few weeks !

Big-Jay 19-02-17 06:14 PM

More progress made this weekend, got 70% of the wire brushing and Zinc priming on the backend finished now. Had to split it down into sections as there's too much to attempt in one sitting, it's a real PITA but worth it in the long run !

Anywho, here's what I've got done. O/S -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psx1ksqflv.jpg

Came home the past two nights looking like I'd done a 12 hour shift down in the coal mines  ! Still have the middle cross member, heel board and seat pan/undertank area to do. Should be able to get that done over next weekend. I'm not going to touch the spare wheel well as that's all in A1 condition there.

Collected my parts from the powder coaters -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psce2b2cfk.jpg

And had a few more bits arrive through the post. Needed to replace my side skirts as the metal brackets that attach them to the car had turned to dust and in the process made the plastic in the area they were bonded to bulge out, ruining the skirt.

Purchased some used ones from eBay with the much improved plastic brackets -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pstogfvv5w.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psd9l0l6ku.jpg

And finally, a 5000 mile old BMC CDA with the Dark Ice Designs silicone hose -

Just about  !

Took plenty of 'placement' photos so should hopefully be ok.

Big-Jay 05-03-17 07:25 PM

Just the one day in the garage this weekend as I've been busy of late.

Managed to get the wire brushing and Zinc priming on the underside finished off -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psbdlnki1h.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psopjwtkgb.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps2qv4tjo5.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps4vlowc93.jpg

That's taken me far too long to complete but glad it's now finished.

Decided to strip the oil cooler down to see what condition it was in, here it is in all its oily glory -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psflwqgopf.jpg

And stripped down to its individual components -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psi0u2rcz3.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psso9vxixg.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psl7qikfdg.jpg

Apart from a bit of crystallising coolant inside it's all in excellent condition surprisingly enough. Decided to give it a clean up in the parts washer, I left the nozzle running over the cooling element for a while to make sure there was no old oil left inside of it -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pszyf3sexd.jpg

I blasted compressed air through all of the oil galleries to make sure they were all clear too.

All clean -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psz6qz4oiv.jpg

And back together -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pscqrjg9hm.jpg

Would have liked some new gaskets buts can't seem to find any. Will see how it goes and if it leaks in the future I'll have to sort something out.

I also picked these up last weekend -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psilcqe8il.jpg

I was pretty content with those but on Friday I happened across these -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdx2q9uwi.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psbtlxszhu.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psinttugfi.jpg

Decided to move the grey ones on and go with the red instead. I was initially looking for a full set of ZS leathers as the Alcantara seats aren't the easiest to maintain, but they're few and far between. The Grey Alcantara's were bought for me to put away and use as and when I needed as I was going to go with some bucket seats and have no rear seats at all.

I think I may now ditch the idea of buckets as I think the red monogram Alcantara's will look excellent against the firefrost red paint.

The drivers seat has a small hole in the bolster and the seat base is a touch saggy so I stripped the seat down and took the covers up to my local upholsterers to be repaired -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psxhlxlhdt.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psymzavyke.jpg

Should have those back in a week or two.

Jay.

Dan1971 05-03-17 08:29 PM

Be a showstopper when you're done mate. Good stuff.

Not sure about red in red personally. Think I'd have stuck with gunsmoke, but if they work for you that's all that matters.

Cheers Dan,

Will have to see how I feel when it comes time to fit them, won't know for sure until that point, but for the moment at least I think they'll look quite good.

Maxfly 06-03-17 03:39 PM

Very interesting seeing the oil cooler stripped down, not seen that before. I personally like the red on red, think the seats will go nicely.
Are you replacing the hoses on the oil cooler? they went on the first track zs on here iirc and ended up with a seized engine.

talkingcars 06-03-17 08:21 PM

I like the red ones, I have red Alcantara buckets in my maestro (although they have faded quite a bit), I also like the gun smoke, have it in the ZS and the F (although I'd like green in the F) and I like the blue we have in the ZR.

Ive never stripped an oil cooler down before this one so wasn't quite sure what to expect myself. Strange looking bit of kit !

My thinking exactly concerning the seats, will see how it goes.

The rubber pipes are in good condition but the metal tubes are a bit crusty. I may give those a wire brush and see what they're like, haven't had a look for replacements so I'm unsure whether you can buy them of not.

Sounds like you have a nice collection of Alcantara's there !

I've seen plenty of Alcanatara sets for the ZT's and F/TF's and they're a reasonable amount of money, the ZS sets on the other hand seem to be well overpriced in my opinion.

looking good - I'm not a big fan of red on interiors (put me off the BRM entirely) but I think those Alcantara's would look lovely in yours once it is done - just the right balance of red to more sober colours..

Your attention to detail is incredible.... will love to see the finished article once you're done!

Cheers chap,

Looking forward to finishing off the underside so I can start concentrating on getting the engine sorted, can't wait to fire it up with the Janspeed bits attached !

Following this thread with great interest!

Are you using rattle cans for priming and coats? Your paint supplier must be a happy man? :) I'm doing a bit of renovation work as well but find I don't get much coverage out of the aerosols.

Hi bud,

I'm using aerosols for the underneath, I find if you bulk buy you save quite alot. I've had all the aerosol paint I need sitting in the garage for a while now ready for when I need to use it. I think aerosols are fine for underneath as I'm not particularly worried about the finish, just as long as it's rust proof and tidy im happy. Nice even thin coats and you should be fine, got the whole N/S underarch top coat done with one 500ml aerosol of Firefrost if that gives you an idea on coverage.

I have a compressor and I'm slowly stocking up on the bits I'll need for when I paint the body panels, mixing pots, mixing sticks, tack rags, different coarse's of sand paper etc...

I popped in to jewal paints last weekend to get some advice on bits I'll be needing and the guy was very knowledgeable, printed me out a list of bits ill need and I've got my order of paint, primer, lacquer, thinners and hardner on stand by. For a litre of quality CEV Firefrost is almost £80 so if you look at it like that the aerosols arnt bad value for money.

I've bought a quality paint gun, quality air lines and moisture trap/air filter from SGS so I should be sorted on that front. This is where I want the paint to look really good so I don't mind spending that bit more to make sure of it.

Or full strip and track prep LMFAO

Big-Jay 17-04-17 08:20 PM

Ok guys, here's what I've got done over the last few weeks.

Seam sealed where necessary -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psgjkw43hs.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psmtxdx1lf.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psks1mjfv6.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps5t5frmck.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps02iyziru.jpg

Left that to go off for 24h and then Gravigard stone chipped the underside -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdeud4aoz.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psrd0l1epx.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psjs43cdmm.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8ng4fsye.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdryyrdw9.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps9a2bjwbb.jpg

I had a small issue with some light cracking appearing in the Gravigard which is probably down to the length of time I left the underside in the primer stage before applying the stonechip. Was probably around 2 weeks. In my experience the quicker you can get the stone chip on after primer the better as it provides a better key for it to stick.

Left that to go off for a few hours and then I started to apply some Firefrost top coat -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps0ddfgs7b.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psaspbgrim.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psgceo0ftx.jpg

Unfortunately I ran out of paint at this point. Thought I had more than enough to complete this job but obviously not ! Will get some ordered and finish this off. Then it's just the lacquer and clear wax and the underside will be finished.

Got my drivers side seat covers back from the upholsterers and decided to get my de-bobbler machine out as the Alcantara was starting to look its age. This is the machine -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8xvnp4qs.jpg

And here's all the bobbles and excess material that it removed from the seats -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psotgb3ykw.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psneneu8xv.jpg

Brilliant machine and would recommend to anyone looking to freshen up their alcantara seats !

Here's the seat after the repairs, a steam clean and a de-bobble -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psrzxjpqwa.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps2zhwl20i.jpg

No more saggy seat base -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdlji20nb.jpg

Ive done all the seats but didn't fancy lugging them all downstairs into the yard to take a decent picture today. Will do so a later date though !

I traveled over to Norwich to pick this Janspeed Duplex system up -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psneaqbksf.jpg

And went to work on polishing it up on the bench grinder, here's the smaller back box -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psymzqhwfs.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psqh8ggsjx.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psbrw0raim.jpg

And the larger one -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psgucwhrei.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pslrlbkoxm.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps1x9ed1tj.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psgsrmc3gb.jpg

I lost the X-Power branding on the end of the tail pipes but I couldn't of done the job properly without doing so unfortunately. One of those things I guess.

I now have the complete Janspeed system front to back. Has cost quite a bit and have travelled half way around the country but will all be worth it when it's bolted onto the car -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pslq7krjq4.jpg

Have the centre pipe and y piece still to do but that will be for another day.

Finally, I bought the sliding arm rest from a Jaguar X-Type which I'm going to retro fit into the ZS. It's a far superior item compared to the standard ZS arm rest -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psi5bgwawm.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pspl8yp1vq.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psbzczrwc2.jpg

I do believe it's all in the details so this should be a nice edition to the car.

Anyway, I'm off down the coast tomorrow for the rest of the week for a break so won't be working on the car until Sunday.

Hope you all enjoyed the bank holiday and also POL if you attended, I did and was great to see plenty of ZS's there !

Jay.

Yeh it's a great bit of kit, used it on around four sets of seats now and it still works perfectly. Caught a glimpse of your 45 at POL, looked damn good !

Got quite a bit done over the last couple of weeks. I'll start with the engine.

Here it is on the stand in all it's oily glory, I've stripped off most bits for cleaning -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psgg5xxp4z.jpg

You can see the 'V' is full of muck and there's also evidence of a possible leaky thermostat -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psxr3fvznj.jpg

Gave the whole thing a good degreasing and then set the engine to the 'Safe' position and locked off the fly wheel. With that done I removed the thermostat, the old belt, pulleys and the water pump -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psjb1zalzy.jpg

I've been over how I done the front belt on the XPG ZS without the service tools in a previous thread so I won't go over it again in this thread. Here's the engine with the new belt, pulleys and water pump fitted -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psai2tvy8z.jpg

Then it was onto the rears. These are easy peasy to change !

With the engine still in the 'Safe' position, I marked the exhaust cam pulley, the old belt and the plastic housing case with grey paint so all the individual markings lined up. I also did the same for the inlet cam pulley. This gives me a datum point for when I fit the new belt -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psabdisbr2.jpg

In the above photo you can also see I marked the inlet pulley and the centre pulley bolt with grey paint. I'll explain why later on in the post.

With those marked up I then removed the inlet cam pulley along with the old belt, (this is the opposite side as I forgot to take a picture) -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psweh0mosw.jpg

The exhaust cam pulley doesn't need to be removed.

Upon removing the inlet cam pulley and the old belt the exhaust cam pulley sprung forward around 3 teeth. This is where the markings on the pulley and the casing become invaluable as it will allow me to line everything back up later on.

There's no need to worry about the inlet cam moving though as the locked flywheel and the front belt won't allow it to.

With those off I marked up the new belt with grey paint to match the old one. There's no real reason for marking the belt but it just allows me to be certain all the markings line up when fitted back onto the engine -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps4p0pxz4o.jpg

Then it was onto the re-fitting, this is where you need a friend or in my case, my dad showed up ! Firstly I fitted the new belt over the exhaust cam pulley and lined up the marking on the pulley with the marking on the belt. Then I had my dad turn the exhaust cam pulley back 3 teeth using a socket on a long bar and ratchet until the markings on the pulley and the belt lined up with the markings on the casing.

With those being held in position it was just a case of lining up the marks on the inlet cam pulley and the belt and then sliding that assembly up into its position until the inlet cam pulley popped into its woodruff key on the inlet cam -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psi5olcuiq.jpg

Further up in the thread I mentioned i marked the camshaft pulley bolt and the inlet cam pulley. The reason why is when you refit the pulley bolt it requires you to torque it up to 27nm and then a further 90 degrees. Having made the marks earlier all you have to do is torque it up and then tighten it until the markings line up.

Here's the other side done too -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psp4gpb1ri.jpg

Hopefully that all makes sense. It's a lot easier than I may have made it sound and literally only takes around 10-15 minutes to change both belts.

Happy with the belts I than fitted the new thermostat and coolant plug -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psqlvwy0n3.jpg

I also refitted the intake assemble with new gaskets and O-Rings and my refurbished VIS motors. I degreased all of the ancillaries and bolted those back on too with a new auxiliary belt.

Nothing too fancy and I didn't paint anything up either as that's the beauty with these modern engines, nothing's really seen when the engines back in and what is seen is usually covered with a plastic cover anyway !

Heres the engine pretty much ready to go back in, just need a new clutch, new coil packs, a set of new plugs and some manifold gaskets which will be ordered this evening ready for next weekend -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psrsln6ch4.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psfoibxkeg.jpg

That's all the progress on the engine up to this point. Now it's onto the body and running gear.

CONTINUED IN A SECOND POST....

CONTINUED FROM THE ABOVE POST...

Here's all the bits I've bought including new bushes, dampers and replacement stainless steel bolts etc -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psskqse6au.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psbjbibbm0.jpg

Gave the dampers a quick keying over and a couple of coats of satin black as the E-Coat they come in isn't the best -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psemess3j7.jpg

And got those built up with the springs -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psg8af91lf.jpg

Pushed the new bushes into the arms using my 6 tonne press -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps8fe4t4jt.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psykya9kb8.jpg

And got those built up along with the swing arms -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psb8611iz8.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps3urxlhze.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psemm5hswn.jpg

Then I began bolting those back onto the car, starting with the dampers and arms -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pslzbjkeaj.jpg

The O-Ring on the damper is easily overlooked when fitting, wasn't any on mine when I removed them originally. It serves to stop the muck and water getting into your boot.

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...pscfshaooh.jpg

Next up was the swing arm and the ARB. I don't have the bushes for the ARB yet so it's just resting in place for the moment -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psuaqt9etq.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdrde9afv.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psdlugkbyj.jpg

Decided to mock up the larger Janspeed backbox from my Duplex system to get an idea of how it will look -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psa35k5h94.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psd2epaono.jpg

Amazing !

Finally, I've now built up my rear calipers too -

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psxls8daxe.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...psy3w5uh51.jpg

http://i854.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps1oqfvtaa.jpg

I've got some rear wheel bearings on the way from DMGRS so if everything goes to plan I should have her rolling by next weekend.

Jay.
